Mondays

Black box collection on alternate Mondays. Click here for the website giving details of collections.

Garden waste collections - if you have opted in to the chargeable garden waste collections these are collected on alternate Mondays. For further information see www.wiltshire.gov.uk/rubbish-collection-days.

Autumn Club, 2pm - 4pm on alternate Mondays (for dates, etc, please look at Autumn Club's page).

Bell-ringing, 7pm to 8pm in St Michael & All Angels Church. No strength needed, expert and safe tuition given, all free. Teenagers to pensioners – all ages welcome! Please call Diane for more details – 07768 053116.

Tuesdays

Mobile library every 4 weeks (fortnightly at the school). This vehicle has full disabled access. It arrives at the Old Post Office, Stubbs Lane (near the telephone box) at 10.10am until 10.30am every four weeks. It also visits the school every fortnight on a Tuesday from 9.15am to 10am, where it is open to the general public (and schoolchildren during term time). Pilates on Tuesday evenings (apart from WI night - see "Dates For Your Diary"). Beginners at 6pm to 7pm and Improvers at 7.15pm to 8.15pm. Thursdays

Salsa classes, from 8.30pm in the village hall (please check dates below as Salsa doesn't run in the village hall when there's a parish council meeting). Beginners welcome. Run on a drop in and dance, pay-as-you-go basis by our new instructor, Anthony. Bring your own refreshments and no stilettos please. Details from Linda Durno on (01249) 750514.

Fridays

Refuse collection on alternate Fridays. Bank holiday collections link. 
Blue lidded plastic & cardboard wheelie bin collection on different alternate Fridays to the refuse and garden collections.

Women Out Walking
WOW meets each month, 10am at the end of The Close, for a gentle walk and friendly chat. Details from Delcia Fussell on (01249) 750529. Walk dates below - please note that WOW walks are dog-free.

Fish & chips and curry night at Kington St Michael Club, from 5pm to 7.45pm - to eat in or take away. The Club now offers GLUTEN FREE fish and chips, on request. Please telephone in advance on Friday evenings from 5pm, on (01249) 750336.

Dog Training
Every Friday evening in the village hall; to book a place please contact Julie on (01249) 650062.

Saturdays

Scrapbooking Crops are held monthly in the village hall (not August) from 10am to 6pm. Click here to view the scrapbooking webpage.

No Salsa

Saturday 16th December:
Christmas raffle draw at Kington Club; tickets only 50p each.  The draw will also be made for December's meat raffle (tickets £1). All welcome.

Sunday 17th December:
Carol Service, 4pm in St Michael & All Angels Church.  Christmas carols and readings, followed by tea or coffee and a mince pieAll welcome.

Thursday 21st December:
Salsa

Sunday 24th December:

Christmas Church services - Christingle Service, 4pm in St Michael & All Angels Church and Holy Communion at 11.15pm.

Sunday 31st December:
New Year's Eve Karaoke night with Disco Dave, at Kington Club. Come along and join in the fun or just listen to our regular crooners!  All welcome - free entry.
New Year's Eve at The Jolly Huntsman, with a special set menu and live music with Henry Marten's Ghost - Irish Band and fiddler. Free admission - all welcome, whether for dinner or just for a drink and to see in the New Year. Open until late!

2018

Tuesday 9th January:
WI (KSM)
, meeting at 7.30pm in the village hall, when Fiona Turnbull will talk on creative photography.  The competition is for a favourite scenic photo.  Visitors are welcome; call (01249) 653693.

80s Theme Disco
, 8.30pm in Kington Club.  Dig out your crimpers, find your fingerless gloves, hunt out that headband – it’s 80s night! Moonwalk across that dancefloor, do the robot, or move like MC Hammer! 80s fashion optional, but sooo much fun! Free entry.

Monday 12th February:
